Watch Jundokan More Then Just Kata

The Jundokan is like many dojo that practise kata but this Video is much different in that you will be able to learn all the Hojo Undo, Shime Waza, Self Defence techniques from the kata and outside of the kata. The drills are taught by the seniors at the dojo and you will see what makes the Jundokan much different then most of the other dojo's in Okinawa.
