"Khalnayak" is a Bollywood action thriller movie. The movie follows Ballu, a gangster, who has been arrested by Ram, a police officer. Ballu escapes from prison, which ruins Ram's reputation. Ram's girlfriend, Ganga, also a police officer, goes undercover as a street girl, to bring Ballu to justice and help restore Ram's reputation.
