Four years after a girl's death, Ivan receives a call from the young girl's brother Matt. Matt is the last person that Ivan thought he would receive a call from, but when Matt offered an invitation to a desert hike, Ivan has to say yes. As the talk quickly turns to the events of the night Matt's sister died, they meet a hitchhiker named Vince. Not ready to take no for an answer, Vince tags along. Before they can even get to their hike, the car breaks down and the three men are trapped in a scary nightmare of evil.
