Legend of Bruce Lee

The Legend of Bruce Lee is a made for television series of films that follow the life and death of famed martial artist and actor, Bruce Lee. The films are broken up into segments of the martial artist's life; they are as follows: Part One, High School Years in Hong Kong, Part Two, Late Adolescence in America, Part Three, College Years and Opening a Kung Fu School, Part Four, Oakland, Part Five, Hollywood, Part Six, Rise to Fame in Hong Kong, PArt Seven, International Fame and Death. The films star Danny Chan as the titular character, Michelle Lang, Ted E. Duran, Hazan McIntyre, Wang Louyong, Natalia Dzyublo. The film was created for Chinese television and is thus entirely in Mandarin.

The Legend of Bruce Lee was first released in China in 2008 and was filmed in a wide variety of locations including, China, Hong Kong, the United States, and Italy as well as Thailand and made with a production budget of fifty million yuan; the U.S. equivalent would be only about seven point three million dollars, which is fairly small for a TV show that ran for fifty episodes.
