Watch Mike Stern - Live - Paris Concert

Mike Stern is one of the leading guitarists in the world of jazz-rock. Stern has played with a number of heavy hitters in jazz including Miles Davis. He combines sophisticated jazz-bebop licks with a rock sensibility and feel. This is a 2004 concert filmed capturing Stern in rare form on November 9, 2004 at the New Morning in Paris. He is accompanied by Richard Bona on bass and vocals, Dennis Chambers on drums and Bob Franceschnini on saxophone. Two additional tracks on included in the movie featuring Bob Berg and Dave Weckle. The Mike Stern Band combine strong melodic driven music with fiery rhythms.
