This sports documentary examines the preparations that take place prior to Miami High facing rival Edison High in a 1961 football game held at the Orange Bowl in Florida. This film follows each of the coaches for several days prior to the actual game. It not only covers the game itself, but also provides a nostalgic look at what life was like back in the 60s for high school students at the time. Adding to the game day excitement is coverage of the rabid crowd of fans, the cheerleaders, the action happening on the sidelines, and the marching band's entertainment.
