Step back in time to the golden age of classic Hollywood comedies. Oliver Boggs is going nowhere. He's a decent chap, knows a lot of stuff. One day he wins a few bucks and quits his job and heads for Peckham Falls. He buys a barrel factory, falls in love with Irene and turns the fortunes of the factory around against all odds with a little help from a mad inventor and his collapsing barrel idea!
