Watch My Yiddishe Momme McCoy

This historical Jewish short documentary film premiered in 1991. The film is about Belle Mccoy, a Jewish woman who fell in love with and married an Irish catholic man named Bernie Mccoy. The challenges and problems encountered by the couple during their 50 year marriage is discussed. Mccoy who is 90 years old at the time the film was created shares her story as a girl in Austria who goes against her parent's wishes by marrying a non-Jewish man at a time when inter faith marriages were particularly frowned upon. The documentary runs for approximately 21 minutes.
