Watch Nalini by Day, Nancy by Night

This documentary gives the audience a rare insider's look at India's call centers and the industry surrounding business process outsourcing. The employees who work at these centers give themselves American names and adopt American accents in order to succeed at being accepted by U.S. customers who dial a toll-free number in order to purchase a product or service, and are actually connected to one of these Americanized sales representatives located at a call center in India.
