Dario Barrio, a charismatic adventurous cook, accompanied by a young journalist, Ares Teixidó, embark on a culinary adventure travelling through Brazil, searching for the most attractive and hidden places, and sailing up the Amazonian river. They will live the challenge of trying to fish the Piranucu, one of the biggest fresh water fish of the planet, while learning traditional dishes.
