Out of the Blue

This dramatic crime movie is based on a real event. The residents of a small town are trapped by a crazed sniper. In November of 1990, a small coastal village in New Zealand is victimized by a sniper. This criminal used a high powered rifle to shoot his victims. No one knew where he came from, or why he was shooting. This is the story of how the townspeople and their police force handled this incident.

The village was normally peaceful. There was only an undersized police department. They had to count on the villagers to help them find and stop this killer.
