Justina lives in Peru, at an altitude of almost 13,000 feet. A curandero, or healer, tells her she needs a new male llama who can succeed as chief Inca, the oldest llama in her herd. Her journey to the market includes her first train ride, walking the Inca Trail past Machu Picchu, and bartering with llama wool.
