Watch Peruvian Highlands

With Crooked Trails Tours, I visited two Peruvian Andean villages of Vicos and Humacchuco. We lived and worked with these villagers who have had little interaction with outsiders. They have maintained their traditional customs and their language, Quechua. We helped them dig up their potatoes and tubers for a community feast called Panchamama, or mother earth feast.
