Stay healthy with your baby, prepare for labor and get ready for a great figure after childbirth. In this class we practice yoga postures and breathing adapted for week 25 of our pregnancy. We practice alternate nostril breathing, which will help us go back to sleep at night, if we are experiencing disruptions with sleep. We stop and take a pause to eat, if we feel the need.
