Watch Realm of the Ancient Redwoods

In 1964, the world's largest tree was discovered in Northern California, the coastal redwood. Recently, rumors of an even bigger tree began circulating. We follow expeditions to California and China to see the rare dawn redwoods. Their stories are interwoven with the plight of animals that co-exist with these magnificent trees; the black bears in California and the giant and red pandas in China.
