This is an action packed crime movie about a counterfeiting operation. They have already killed one police officer. Now another is assigned to hunt them down and bring them to justice. When his fellow officer is murdered, a new one is assigned to the case. The ring has been printing funny money. They get it over the border, and into America, by putting it in blocks of ice. They believe they are clever, and force an engraver to make them new plates.

The engraver does not want the job. He manages to hide a help message on the plate. When the officer sees a new fake bill, he read the message. The hunt is now on for the killers.
