Chibiusa is eventually one of those taken, sending Sailor Moon and the other Sailor Soldiers into a panic as they try to find and save her. The new villains have a bizarre plot that involves draining a certain energy from their victims to create the Black Dream Hole. To defeat them, all of the Sailor Soldiers (minus Sailor Saturn) will have to pool their resources.
