Sister Ko and her three loyal disciples leave the Shaolin Temple in search of the Wu Tang Clan. They happen upon a young man, Shao Chien (Lung Hua Le) who is traveling to the Shaolin Temple to seek training. Sister Ko takes him under her wing and they continue their journey together. When they reach the Wu Tang Clan, they are attacked and Shao Chien is taken captive.
Sister Ko and her disciples have no choice but to regroup and come up with a plan to save Shao Chien and defeat the Wu Tang Clan. They travel to another kung-fu school, The White Lotus Clan, where they meet Master Wen (Feng Shih) who agrees to help them with their mission. However, before they can attack the Wu Tang Clan, they are ambushed by a group of masked assassins hired by the Wu Tang Clan.
The group narrowly escapes and continues their journey, all while being hunted by the assassins. They eventually reach the Wu Tang Clan's headquarters and engage in an epic battle that leaves viewers on the edge of their seats. Along the way, Sister Ko and her disciples demonstrate their martial arts skills in numerous fight scenes, showcasing their agility and strength, and leaving no doubt as to why they are considered to be some of the best fighters in the region.
