A young man is trying to perform an agricultural experiment in this comedy movie. He travels to a rural co-op in order to see if he can make cows produce more milk. He runs into opposition from the locals.
When they find out his father is an important commissioner in the government's agricultural section, they still will not let him perform his experiments. They are too busy trying to make him see they are efficient and run a good farming business.
