Beckett and his crew are planning a heist on the planet Vandor-1, where they intend to steal a shipment of coaxium from a high-speed train. Han offers his piloting skills to the crew in exchange for a cut of the profits, and he is reluctantly accepted into the group.

As the heist begins, the crew encounters unexpected resistance from the planet's security forces, leading to a thrilling chase through the mountains. In the end, they manage to retrieve the coaxium, but at a great cost.

Following the heist, Beckett informs Han and the rest of the crew that the coaxium must be delivered to Dryden Vos, the leader of a criminal syndicate known as Crimson Dawn. The crew sets off to deliver the substance, but not before encountering the charming and smooth-talking Lando Calrissian.

As the movie progresses, Han and the crew become embroiled in a dangerous game of betrayal and deception, setting the stage for a tense confrontation with Dryden Vos and his enforcer, the deadly Qi'ra.
