This routine consists of 16 movements in 2 sections, including the techniques of point, pull, push, parry, swing in figure-8 and almost all the spear movements. With the coordination of your steps, body, the movements are rhythmically and successively arranged. They are simple and easy to learn. While playing, you should move in light, quick steps and apply your force properly and strike in a line.
