Jordan is the son of the well-respected police chief of a small town in middle America. He and his friends enjoy the benefits of being able to get away with petty theft since they almost always get off the hook thanks to Jordan's father. However, as of recent their need for fun has grown to a violent level, and they begin to rape girls and capture the act on camera. The girls they rape are warned that should they ever go to anyone and tell of what happened, they will be punished via some very violent and embarrassing means. However, after Jordan's father begins to realize what is happening, he aims to put a stop to it.
