Testing is a psychological thriller released in 2015. The movie follows the story of a young woman named Lisa (Ashley Platz) who is seeking acceptance into a mysterious organization known as The Program. The organization is known for creating a highly advanced virtual world where members are given the opportunity to live out their deepest desires.

The film opens with Lisa receiving an invitation to participate in The Program's testing phase. Eager to join, she leaves her mundane life behind and enters a totally new world. Upon her arrival, she's greeted by Brian (Jay Hayden), a member of The Program who will be responsible for guiding her through the testing process.

As Lisa is put through a series of tests, it becomes apparent that The Program's intentions may not be as pure as they initially seemed. As Lisa delves deeper into The Program's virtual world, she begins to experience strange and disturbing events that call into question the true purpose of the organization.

Throughout the movie, the line between what's real and what's not becomes increasingly blurred. The virtual world that The Program has created is so advanced that it's hard for Lisa to tell whether what she's experiencing is real or simply a simulation. However, as events begin to spiral out of control, Lisa realizes that her safety may be in jeopardy.

One of the most remarkable things about this movie is how it keeps you guessing until the very end. The characters and their relationships are always shrouded in mystery, leaving the audience to wonder who can be trusted and who can't. Additionally, the virtual world that The Program has created is so vividly portrayed that it's hard to differentiate it from reality.

The acting in Testing is top-notch, with Ashley Platz giving an especially impressive performance as the lead character. From the beginning, Lisa comes across as a complex and conflicted individual, and as the movie progresses, we see her struggle to come to terms with her situation. Likewise, Jay Hayden does an excellent job playing the role of Brian, striking a careful balance between charismatic and creepy.

The cinematography in Testing is also worth noting. The movie makes use of a lot of close-ups and extreme close-ups to create a sense of claustrophobia as Lisa navigates through The Program's virtual world. Additionally, the lighting of the movie is very dim, adding to the tense and eerie atmosphere.

One of the biggest strengths of Testing is its ability to keep the audience engaged. The twists and turns of the plot are unpredictable and keep you on the edge of your seat. Furthermore, the movie raises a lot of thought-provoking questions about the nature of reality, the possibility of virtual reality addiction, and the consequences of unchecked technological progress.

Overall, Testing is a must-watch for fans of psychological thrillers. The movie offers a unique perspective on the dangers of virtual reality and the lengths to which people will go for acceptance. With excellent acting, masterful cinematography, and a gripping plot, Testing is a movie that will stay with you long after you've finished watching it.
