This is the story of Jack Elliott. It is told from the point of view of his daughter, Aiyana Elliott. It chronicles the search Aiyana conducted in order to help her learn more about her father. Upon his return to his home in New York, he teamed up with Woody Guthrie traveling through the southern part of the country performing.
