Two young girls camping in a wooded area just about outside Los Angeles are violently abducted by two unknown thugs, and are brought to an underground location somewhere in the heart of sleazy Hollywood. They are to become the newest Merchandise for Jack Valentino a renegade Special Forces now turned white slaver. The LA Vice Squad goes after him when a sister of one of their Detectives is abducted.
