Gary Patterdale is obsessed with latino movie star Enrique Philips. Over the years, Gary has had his eye on Mary from the local cinema who is constantly harassed by her stepfather. Gary is attacked by Mary's stepfather for damaging his scooter, and ordered to repay him. It transpires that there is another score to be settled also. Somewhere there is a village without it's idiot.
