This short film is a German documentary that details the period of socio-cultural change in Europe. In an effort to have more control over the education and health care fields, the government established separate ministries for each field, allowing secularization of society and a welfare sate. The audience is drawn into a black and white world of change and diversity in the east, all in an attempt to revolutionize society.
