This documentary tells the fascinating tale of one of the nost tragic disasters in the history of the world. In the year 1986, in Chernobyl, a nuclear power plant had a meltdown and the entire region was evacuated. The disaster was so bad, and it's reach was so widespread that to this very day, and for the next 20,000 years, no one will be able to live near the region. The film centers around three young children who live near the disaster zone, and grew up near the contaminated region. They carry certificates that state their situation, which in turn earns them government grants and other benefits, for having to endure such a horrible life.
