A young couple are going to the mountains to have a wonderful weekend together. The woman is pregnant and almost due, so the couple want as much time alone as possible. When they arrive at their place of stay, the unborn child begins to kick uncontrollably. With the kicking becoming severe, the couple decide to leave the mountains and get to the nearest hospital.
On the way to the hospital, they get into a bad accident. This accident leaves them stranded in the woods. They cry for help, but no one is around to hear them. They must now come up with a plan.
