Zach, not wanting a summer job, decides to become a rouge detective for the CMPD. With the help of his partner James they attempt to solve a kidnapping case faster than the CMPD in order to wrap it all up and call in everything as an anonymous tip and get paid. Along the way they meet Malarkey, a shady mechanic, and The Little Nardos, a ring local art thieves.
