Watch Universe

Universe is a short documentary film that was released in 1960. The film opens at the Dunlap Observatory in Ontario. The film introduces the work done by the astronomers there. The footage then shifts to a lowly expanding view from the observatory. This introduces the rest of the universe on celestial body at a time. This includes each one of the planets in the solar system with information about them. The documentary then expands to show other stars in the Galaxy, the Milky Way itself, and eventually the rest of the universe. This allows for the viewer to understand the size of the universe, and the earth's placement in it.
