Watch Walls of Sand

A young Iranian woman is living in California with her American boyfriend. Because they are not married she is shunned by her fellow, conservative Iranian immigrants. She pressures her boyfriend to marry, but he refuses. In the meantime, her visa is set to expire and she faces deportation back to Iran. She gets help from another American man, but in exchange for helping her stay in the U.S., she must spy on the man's ex-wife and child by getting a job as their nanny.
