Watermelon Heist is a 2004 urban comedy. Watermelon Heist is a spoof on the famous feud between the Hatfields and McCoys. John Amos plays Old Man Amos. His family has been battling the Brown family for a number of years. The rivalry between the two families is intensified when they learn about a $10,000 watermelon competition. This is an incredibly funny comedy. One of the highlights of the movie is the Watermelon Juice Afro Sheen contest. John Amos is best known for playing the father in the 1970s sitcom Good Times. His son K.C. Amos directs Watermelon Heist.
