Murderous gunman Sabastian and his henchmen conquer the Mexican town of Santa Monica. They rape the women, murder the mayor and kill anyone who attempts to leave town. Sabastlan appoints his best friends as Chief of Police, Commander of his private army and executioner. Wild Wild Weng hears about this. He's only 2 ft tall but a tower of strength.
