The Windsor Protocol is a 1997 action-thriller movie directed by George Mihalka and starring Kyle MacLachlan, Macha Grenon, and Chris Wiggins. The movie tells the story of an American diplomat, David Pollock, who gets caught up in a deadly conspiracy after he is mistaken for a spy. David Pollock is a brilliant linguist working for the United States government. The manuscript is said to contain the secret location of a lost treasure, and she wants David to help her find it.
