Yoga Advanced Workout developed based on Dharma Mittra's flow and includes all yoga poses that designed to develop strength, flexibility and work on inside energy of your body. This is advanced level and includes most of the poses that used in daily practice of yoga teachers and masters. Alla Zorikova came from professional sports background and started her yoga learning classes in order to achieve and increase flexibility and strength. She studded yoga from Dharma Mittra, Andrei Lappa, Andrei Siderskij and other great yoga masters. Flow yoga, also called vinyasa yoga, combines flowing movement with rhythmic breathing for a dynamic mind-body workout. Like a moving meditation, flow yoga unites mind, body, and breath. Alla Zorikova received extensive training in ballet, fitness, martial arts and yoga. In Moscow she was trained with Valentina Lopatina (Bolshoi theatre teacher) received her aerobic/fitness certification as a world class fitness instructor, studied jazz dance and yoga. In US she studied taekwondo under Yong Moon Kwon - 9th degree black belt Grandmaster and president of World Taekwondo Federation when she received her black belt, and later she was trained with Dae Jeong, 9th degree teakwood Grandmaster and president's Bush bodyguard as well as with Ms Pederson - trainer of several Olympic champions and Mr. Perez- Olympic Gold medalist of 1998. Alla Zorikova was competing on US Nationals toward to 2008 Olympic Games and was a gold medalist in Berkley California taekwondo tournament in 2006. Regarding Alla Zorikova's jazz dance background: she was trained in LA and Hollywood leading dance studios with top choreographers in the industry such as: Tovaris Willson, Cecilia Marta, Alex Magno, Hellen Phillips and others.
