Bob Izumi's Real Fishing Show Season 3 Episode 11 SnoBear Jamboree

  • January 1, 2015

Bob Izumi's Real Fishing Show is one of the most popular fishing shows on television, and season 3, episode 11, titled SnoBear Jamboree, promises to be an exciting and informative look at ice fishing.

The episode begins with Bob Izumi introducing the concept of the SnoBear, a unique vehicle designed for ice fishing. Bob explains that the SnoBear is a combination of a snowmobile and a boat, with tracks instead of wheels that allow it to navigate on top of the ice. It also features heated seats and a fully enclosed cab that helps protect anglers from the harsh winter elements.

Bob and his team set out in a convoy of SnoBears to a remote lake in northern Ontario for the annual SnoBear Jamboree, a gathering of ice fishing enthusiasts from all over North America. Once they arrive, Bob is greeted by the event organizers, who explain the unique rules and regulations of the Jamboree.

As the fishing begins, Bob introduces us to some of the other anglers participating in the event. We meet a husband and wife team who have been coming to the Jamboree for years, a group of college students from Minnesota, and even a father-son duo from Kentucky. Everyone is excited to test their skills against the fish in this remote, frozen wilderness.

Bob and his team set up their SnoBear in a prime fishing spot and quickly get to work. Using a combination of live bait and jigs, they begin to catch several species of fish that are common in the area. Bob takes the time to explain the different types of lures and techniques that are most successful in these conditions, and viewers are treated to some amazing footage of fish being caught.

As the day wears on, Bob and his team start to notice something strange happening. The fish seem to be getting smarter and harder to catch. At one point, Bob loses a huge fish after it snaps his line. He suspects that the fish have become spooked by the number of people fishing in the area.

To combat this, Bob decides to take his team to a more remote part of the lake. They load up their SnoBear and move to a new location, where they set up camp and start fishing again. This time, they have more success, and viewers are treated to some amazing footage of the beautiful fish that inhabit this part of the world.

As the day draws to a close, Bob and his team return to the SnoBear Jamboree to see how the other participants fared. They are pleasantly surprised to see that many of the other anglers had great success, and everyone is in high spirits. Bob takes the opportunity to interview some of the other participants, who share their own tips, tricks, and stories from a day on the ice.

Overall, SnoBear Jamboree is a fantastic episode of Bob Izumi's Real Fishing Show that showcases the beauty of ice fishing and the versatility of the SnoBear. Bob and his team do an excellent job of capturing the excitement of the event and showcasing the different fish species that can be caught in this unique environment. Whether you're an experienced angler or a novice, this episode is sure to have something for everyone.
