Combat Machines Season 1 Episode 6 Nuclear Near Miss

This episode focuses on the machines on the ground that would have fought in a potential nuclear war. We tell the story of the 1961 tank standoff at Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin when Soviet T-54 tanks faced off with American M-48 Patton tanks. Then we look at other machines that would have been used had that standoff resulted in all out war.
