In "Elder Skelter," the kids find themselves in a bind when they realize that the beloved elders of Harvey Street have gone missing. With no one to keep the peace on the street, chaos ensues as the kids try to fill in the gap. The kids work together to try and reconnect with her and reignite their friendship, but they soon find out that sometimes friendships change and grow, and that's okay.
