Elsewhere in Tokyo, a young woman named Sakurako Sawatari is being stalked by a Grongi. Sakurako is a photographer and has been taking pictures of crime scenes, hoping to capture some evidence of the Grongi. However, she inadvertently becomes a target herself when the Grongi sees her taking pictures of his latest victim.

As Sakurako runs for her life, she is saved by none other than Kamen Rider Kuuga. Yusuke quickly dispatches the Grongi and learns from Sakurako about her investigation. Together, they decide to work together to uncover the Grongi's plans.

The episode ends with Yusuke and Ichijo realizing that the Grongi are preparing for a massive attack on Tokyo. With the city in grave danger, Kamen Rider Kuuga must gear up for one of his toughest battles yet. The episode leaves off on a cliffhanger, ensuring that viewers will be eagerly anticipating the next installment.
