His doubts are soon dispelled though, when an unexpected ally comes to his aid. Azure Dragon, a fellow Kamen Rider, appears on the scene, and immediately joins the fray. Together, the two heroes are able to overwhelm the monsters and drive them back, saving the civilians and restoring order to the city.

As the dust settles, Kamen Rider is left to contemplate the lessons he has learned. He realizes that even the strongest of heroes sometimes need the help of others, and that it is only by working together that we can truly overcome the greatest challenges.
