Bizarro - Tracy and Warren learn that Aunt Dolores has been passed over for promotion to Chief of Pickford Police. As Tracy and Warren play on their pogo sticks, digesting this news, Billy Castleman comes along and steals Tracy's right out from under her. Warren turns into the Monster and pursues Billy. But Billy gets away when Dolores spots the Pickford Monster on a pogo stick.
