Popeye The Sailor Man -75th Anniversary season 1 episode 6, titled "Paneless Window Washer," features Popeye and his arch-nemesis Bluto competing for the job of window washer. The episode begins with Olive Oyl sitting in her apartment, gazing out of her dirty windows and wishing for someone to clean them.

Just then, Popeye and Bluto burst into her apartment, both vying for the job of window washer. Olive decides to hire them both, but only if they can clean the windows better than her old window washer, Wimpy.

The competition begins, and Popeye and Bluto both race to clean the windows as quickly as possible. Popeye uses his famous spinach to gain extra strength, while Bluto relies on his brute force.

As the two sailormen battle it out, they accidentally break all of Olive's furniture in her apartment and even cause chaos in the neighboring apartments. Finally, after a long and grueling battle, Popeye emerges victorious, having cleaned the windows to a sparkling shine.

But Popeye's victory is short-lived, as Bluto decides to get revenge by breaking the windows and making them as dirty as they were before. Popeye refuses to back down, and a second battle ensues, this time with even more destructive results.

As the two rivals continue to wreak havoc, Olive realizes that she made a mistake in hiring them both and decides to call Wimpy back to finish the job. Wimpy arrives and quickly cleans the windows with his signature catchphrase, "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today."

In the end, Popeye and Bluto are left battered and broken, and Olive is left with a destroyed apartment. But, as always, Popeye remains optimistic, stating that at least the windows are clean.

"Paneless Window Washer" is a classic Popeye episode that features all of the things that fans love about the legendary sailor hero. From his spinach-fueled strength to his unwavering determination, Popeye proves that he is the ultimate hero in the end. The episode is a reminder of why Popeye continues to be such a beloved character, even after 75 years.
