In this episode of Return of Ultraman, the inhabitants of Tokyo are rattled when reports begin to surface of a large, invisible creature menacing the city. When the Science Patrol investigates, they discover that the creature is not only visible to Ultraman, but also capable of changing its size at will.
As Ultraman battles the monster, dubbed Baltan, he discovers that it is actually an extra-terrestrial being sent to Earth as part of an invasion plot.
