Return Of Ultraman: S1 E3 - Evil Monster Realm Of Terror begins with a group of Russians investigating a monster that has been terrorizing their town. However, their attempt to capture the monster goes awry when it suddenly disappears and reappears in Japan.

Meanwhile, Ultraman Jack, the second Ultraman to arrive on Earth, is introduced as he patrols the streets of Tokyo. Jack meets a group of children who are able to see through his disguise and recognize him as Ultraman.
