Auburn University alum and locavore chef David Bancroft of Acre Restaurant introduces Jax to his take on traditional Alabama cuisine. Together Jax and Chef David create a bourbon barrel aged hot sauce from some of the heirloom ingredients that are being proudly grown all around the restaurant�۪s exterior.
