Thomas & Friends S19, S20, and S21 are seasons of a children's animated television series about Thomas the Tank Engine and his friends on the railway. Season 20 episode 4 is called "Henry Gets the Express."
In this episode, Henry the Green Engine is feeling left out because he doesn't get to pull the express train. The Fat Controller is giving the job to other engines, including Gordon, who is usually too proud to pull anything else. Henry tries to tell the Fat Controller that he's up to the task, but the Fat Controller doesn't seem to hear him.
One day, Henry has to take some coal to the big station. While he's there, he sees the express train waiting on the platform. He can hear the passengers talking excitedly about it, and he feels a pang of jealousy. He wishes he could pull the express just once.
As Henry is leaving the station, he sees a pointman working on the tracks. The pointman tells Henry that there's a problem with the signals and that the express is going to be delayed. Henry sees this as his chance to prove himself. He decides to race back to the station and see if he can offer to pull the express himself.
Henry arrives at the station just as the passengers are starting to get restless. He goes straight to the Fat Controller and offers to pull the express. The Fat Controller is surprised but agrees to let Henry try.
The passengers are a bit skeptical about Henry's ability to pull such a heavy train, but Henry is determined to prove them wrong. He takes a deep breath and sets off down the track.
At first, Henry struggles a bit. The express is much heavier than anything he's ever pulled before. But he keeps pushing, and soon he's going at a good speed. The passengers start to cheer and clap as they realize that Henry is doing it.
Gordon sees the express racing by and is puzzled. He doesn't realize that Henry is pulling it. He decides to follow the train to see what's going on.
As Henry gets closer to his destination, he feels a sense of pride. He knows that he's doing something that he never thought he could do. He pulls into the station right on time, to a huge round of applause from the passengers.
Gordon arrives at the station just in time to see Henry pulling the express away. He's shocked and a bit envious. He realizes that maybe Henry is just as good as he is and that he should give him a chance to prove himself more often.
In the end, Henry is very pleased with himself. He knows that he's proven that he's capable of pulling the express and that he's just as good as any other engine on the railway. The Fat Controller congratulates him on a job well done, and Henry decides that he's going to try even harder in the future.
Overall, "Henry Gets the Express" is an uplifting and inspiring episode of Thomas & Friends. It teaches children the importance of believing in themselves, even when others doubt them, and the rewards that come from hard work and perseverance.
