Choi Yoon-seok is the CEO of a law firm hired by a popular actress Oh Jin-shim, who has been embroiled in a scandal. He tells her that in order to show remorse, she has to take a job in a law firm for a few months to learn more about law. She ends up being hired as a secretary at a law firm, where Kwon Jung-rok is a stern and meticulous lawyer who keeps to himself. Jin-shim, using her acting prowess, tries to charm him into liking her, but to no avail. She does, however, form a bond with her fellow secretaries Kim Hae-young and Yang Eun-ji. On her first day, Jin-shim accidentally records a private conversation between two secretaries which leads to a complicated case. Meanwhile, Jung-rok is working on a high-profile case involving a popular celebrity. As Jin-shim learns more about law, she begins to develop an interest in it and becomes more determined to succeed.
