Choi In-ha is a popular actress who always ends up in major trouble due to her blunt personality. Her recent legal troubles have landed her in a precarious situation, with her career hanging in the balance. Her only hope is to take on a project that will revamp her public image. This leads her to the law offices of Kwon Jung-rok, a top attorney who is not keen on taking on In-ha's case.
In the third episode of the season, In-ha begins her new job as a secretary at the law firm where Kwon Jung-rok works. However, In-ha's lack of knowledge in office work makes her stand out as an amateur amidst the seasoned experts. She makes several mistakes, but her cheerful personality and determination convince the others to give her a chance. Her colleagues eventually take her under their wing, and teach her the basics of secretarial work.
Meanwhile, Kwon Jung-rok is working on a case involving a young popstar who is fighting against defamation. The popstar, Lee Doh-mi, is accusing a netizen who made extreme claims against her online, which have led her to receive hate messages and comments from the public. The team at the law firm is providing legal support, and In-ha is asked to help with the case. She is excited to contribute to a project, and is working hard to be part of the team.
However, In-ha's enthusiasm leads to another mistake, and she accidentally books a car service for the wrong day, causing her and Jung-rok to be late to an important meeting. Despite the setback, they manage to catch up with the witness, who confirms that the online rumors about Lee Doh-mi are indeed false.
Kwon Jung-rok also learns that In-ha is actually an actress, which creates some tension between them. While he is impressed by her hard work and dedication towards the job, he cannot help but wonder if she is a distraction in his professional life.
The episode ends with In-ha and Jung-rok bonding over a cup of coffee. They share their personal stories, and In-ha tells him about her past struggles in the entertainment industry. Jung-rok begins to warm up to her, and invites her to watch a play with him. The episode leaves the viewers wondering if there is more to their relationship than just working together.
Overall, episode 3 of "Touch Your Heart" solidifies the chemistry between In-ha and Jung-rok. The legal drama also raises important issues about the impact of social media on celebrities, while showcasing the backstage work that goes into fighting defamation cases. The episode is a great addition to the series, and keeps the viewers wanting more.
