Dreams is a drama film that was released in 2005. The film looks at three people who live in and around a Bagdad mental hospital in 2003. The film looks at how the bombing campaign has affected life in the hospital, and how the treatment of the people inside has gone very much downhill. Each one of the three find refuge in day dreaming about happier times, and shows that what is inside of one’s mind is more important than what is going on outside of it. Dreams was written and directed by Mohamed Al Daradji. It features performances by Aseel Adel, Bashir Al Majid, and Mohamed Hashim.
